Diamonds Really Are A Girl's Best Friend

So, I went out to dinner with my roommate Friday night, figured why not, it's Friday, I got paid. After a nice dinner at the buffet up the street from my work, then went to the mall to do some chilling. The first store we went to was People's Jewellers. Now, I'm not one for jewelry, but it's always nice to browse and drool over vastly expensive stuff. Now, I've been meaning to buy something with a ruby in it for a while, considering it is my birthstone. Sadly, most ruby jewelry is set in yellow gold and I look horrible with yellow gold. I was resigning myself to getting something in yellow gold with a ruby when I spotted the perfect ring. The ring, with four rubies and quite a few diamonds. I tried it on and fell in love with it. Needless to say, after a bit of thinking, I bought it! This ring, originally 400$ was on sale for 300$. This would be the most I've spent on myself at any given time, and you know what? I'm worth it! It makes me happy, it's shiny and pretty. Talk about theraputic shopping. The lady and my roommate didn't let me leave until I bought the lifetime warranty to it too, but that was worth it too, it covers damages, loss of stones, anything like that. So I'm now waiting for it to come back because it's off to get sized. More photos to come, but here are a few.
